Spicy Chicken and Avocado WrapPrint This
- 200g chicken breast
- juice, half a lime
- 1/2 tsp, chilli powder
- 1, garlic clove
- 1 tsp, olive oil
- 2 seeded wraps
- 1 avocado, halved and stoned
- 1 roasted red pepper from a jar
- hand full of fresh coriander
Chop the chicken into bite size pieces and mix with the lime juice, chilli and garlic
Heat the olive oil in a non stick frying pan and add the marinating chicken. While the chicken fries heat up the wraps and crush the avocado onto the wraps.
When the chicken is nearly cooked add the pepper to the pan to warm through and place on the wraps, sprinkle the coriander on top, wrap up, and enjoy.
