Simple Yoghurt with Fruit and NutsPrint This
- 200ml vanilla yoghurt
- 3 tbsps. chopped mixed nuts
- 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 banana
- handful of berries (frozen and defrosted will be fine)
Mix the nuts, seeds and banana, layer in a glass or bowl with the yoghurt and top with the berries.
An incredibly quick and easy way to start the day right. packed with around 28g of protein and 40g of healthy fats this is a fantastic alternative to cereal and will definitely keep you filled till lunch.
